How Launch Pad Works

Launch Pad starts with a four-week masterclass where students learn exactly what to do - first impressions, introductions, initiating and maintaining conversations, having hard conversations respectfully - then continues for six months of coached practice with peers and business leaders until it becomes second nature. Every session is hands-on, coached, and designed to produce teens who show up differently than they did before.

Why This Approach Works
Most teens have never been coached on how to communicate with adults. They've been told to "be confident" without ever being shown how. Launch Pad is different. Every session, both in the masterclass and in the alumni network, is built around doing, not watching. Students speak, practice, get coached, and go again until the skills become second nature.
What to Expect

In the alumni months, students continue practicing, plus:
Learning a new communication skill every month
Networking with local business and community leaders
Asking thoughtful questions of adults at every stage of their careers
Building a network of peers and adults who have watched them grow
